I really did have a splitting headache. It lasted for about 30-45 minutes.

I really did start talking to myself in my car. I literally said out loud, &quot;What can I do to get rid of this headache without stopping to buy painkillers?&quot;

I really did the breathing techniques I described. And my headache really did go away after about 10 minutes.</description>
