		<description>Great idea!  Unfortunately my kids don&#039;t like many other salad fixins besides cucumbers.  I may have to think on this one to see what else they would like that they would enjoy hunting for.
As for an idea to help kids eat healthier...I designed a chart for the 5-a-day concept.  Each day has 5 slots in it where they can place a sticker each time they eat a fruit or veggie.  They have really gotten into it!  And sometimes I reward them with a little something if they get all 5 that day.  If you want I can e-mail it to you, and I also plan to post about it on my own health blog soon.</description>
