Earth Balance Butter Spread

Earth Balance Butter SpreadFor the past few years, my family and I have been using Earth Balance to butter our bread. It has zero trans fats. Plus it tastes great. (It received the 2006 Best Taste Award from American Culinary Chef’s Best.)

Most health-conscious folks use Smart Balance. I used to use it as well. But when I discovered Earth Balance in the vegan section of my local King Soopers, I gave it a whirl.

I must tell you, the flavor of Earth Balance is far superior to Smart Balance (even though it appears both are made by the same company). What’s more, it’s healthier, from what I can tell. Hey! Ryan is alive! :)

Should I make an update post… about what I’ve been up to, etc.?

I kind of disappeared this summer and feel like I owe an explanation.
