My wife and I always put the tree up on the Friday or Saturday after Thanksgiving, then pull it down December 30. Like you, we're just eager to get everything back to normal.

Despite having to spend hours shoveling snow (after a second blizzard), we still got all the decorations and the tree pulled down on Saturday. Yay!

That's great news that regular housework reduces the risk of breast cancer. Not for me, of course, but for my wife. ;-)
