The MAD Greens web site doesn't say their ingredients are organic, so I'm assuming that they are not.

For protein, they offer chicken, steak, salmon, tuna, shrimp, and tofu. Also, black beans, canelli beans, peanuts, almonds, and eggs.

Are MAD Greens' greens happy organic ones? And what kinds of protein choices do they have to add to their salads, e.g. cheese, beans, fish, meat, poultry?

I actually met my girlfriend at MAD Greens in Denver. Best salad place ever! It is way better than both Souper Salad and Sweet Tomatoes (I am origianlly from Oregon) They make their own dressings and have the freshest ingredients in town.

Sweet Tomatoes is another favorite of mine. We go two or three times a month. It's only 10 minutes away. Even better, they always run coupons that my wife and I use as frequently as we can. :-)
