For protein, they offer chicken, steak, salmon, tuna, shrimp, and tofu. Also, black beans, canelli beans, peanuts, almonds, and eggs. Best salad place ever! It is way better than both Souper Salad and Sweet Tomatoes (I am origianlly from Oregon) They make their own dressings and have the freshest ingredients in town.
