Restaurants and manufacturers rely on salt for flavor when they could be using herbs and better ingredients, in general. In the meantime the country is experiencing a health crisis so there’s no time like the present for making changes.

Are there any pro-/health/nutrition candidates in the upcoming election?
It seems to me that if we don’t treat the current state of the country’s nourishment as a national emergency, we’ve failed to understand the importance of food for the nation’s future.
